The Alamo and La Bahía have fallen. Panic has gripped the frontier, with ordinary people fleeing from their homes in the Runaway Scrape. All hopes for Texas Independence are pinned on the success of Sam Houston’s soldiers as they fight Santa Anna’s army at San Jacinto. Remember the Alamo! Remember La Bahía! These cries will echo on the battlefield and throughout history.

We invite all Friends of the Alamo members to an exclusive, members-only, after-hours experience in the Living History Encampment. Join us for the Battle of San Jacinto Fireside Chat as we dive into the conflict that won Texas its independence led by Ernesto Rodriguez, our distinguished historian who is celebrating 25 years of service to the Alamo. The conversation will be moderated by Emily Baucum, Alamo Associate Director of Public Relations, host of Stories Bigger Than Texas: The Alamo Podcast, and EMMY® and Associated Press award-winning storyteller.

Tickets are FREE, but limited, and only available for Friends of the Alamo members. Not a memberJoin today!
