Experience an insider’s look at Mission San Antonio de Valero. This special program explores the structures and frescoes that shape this iconic site plus, some new discoveries. 

  • Step into the past through the new Mission Gate and Lunette interpretation and discover how Alamo research helped determine what this structure may have originally looked like.
  • Surround yourself with the beauty of the ornately painted interior of the Alamo Church inside the immersive Sacristy experience. Discover more about the frescoes that were almost completely lost to time and the conservation work being done to preserve this precious structure. 
  • Dig into history and get an up-close look at some incredible artifacts found during the year-long archeological survey of the Long Barrack.

This special program is held in partnership with the World Heritage Festival.

Entry to the program is every 20 minutes and the total experience lasts approximately one hour. Tickets are FREE and open to the public.
