The eastbound lane of Houston Street remains closed to vehicle traffic due to archaeological digs occurring on the interior and exterior of the Long Barrack’s north wall.
In the future, archaeological digs inside the Alamo Church will begin, with one dig beginning this week. As always, the Alamo remains open to the public during normal visiting hours.
