We invite all Friends of the Alamo members to Revealing the Alamo's Past and Future, an evening with Dr. Kate Rogers, Executive Director of Alamo Trust, Inc.
- Explore and imagine the history of the Alamo Church Sacristy with a sneak preview of a special new exhibit made possible by the Nancy Smith Hurd Foundation - before it opens to the public. See how the sacristy looked during the Mission Era with frescoes projected onto a screen, how it was used as a place of refuge during the Battle of the Alamo, and learn how frescoes were discovered.
- Learn more about the Alamo Plan with Dr. Rogers, including progress to date and future plans such as the upcoming Alamo Visitor Center and Museum.
- Enjoy a reception with a view of the historic Alamo.
