Alamo Trust, Inc. (ATI) is a private, nonprofit Texas corporation which manages the day-to-day operations and staff at the Alamo. Explore opportunities to join our staff, become an intern, or volunteer to help share the story of the Alamo’s 300-year history, and preserve the Alamo’s historic structures and battlefield for future generations.

Internships

The Alamo offers 10-week internships year-round to students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs. Our internships offer professional experience in areas of study such as conservation, information technology, marketing, history, accounting and more.

Volunteer

Alamo volunteers often serve as the face of the Alamo, sharing their passion for Texas history with 1.6 million visitors annually. They share the 300-year history of the Alamo with visitors and provide a helpful presence throughout the historic buildings and grounds to ensure that guests get the most out of their visit.
