The Alamo will host another special event in its
series of “First Saturday” programming. The purpose
of “First Saturday” is to offer the community a regular
opportunity to come downtown and visit the Alamo. Scheduled for
the first Saturday of each month, the event includes music, living
history, author’s talk and book signings.

Dios y Libertad - FREE in Alamo Plaza. This event is a dramatization of the
events concerning the final two days (March 5 and 6, 1836) of the 13 day Alamo
siege by General Santa Anna's Army of Operations, played out in Alamo Plaza.
And, a special added vignette, the arrival of the Gonzales Thirty-two.
